ILD-IN now have our own channel on YouTube, and we are proud to upload our first video that we have produced about communication with our patients who have IPF. This is the first in a series of videos that we are producing and will be on a range of topics associated with IPF diagnosis and treatment.
This video will be helpful for professionals who work in ILD, or who work with people with ILD, in understanding some of the communication nuances when speaking to patients about their condition. ILD can be a frightnening diagnosis for people, having good communication skills and strategies is essential in ameliorating some of that fear.
